We cover all of Kuala Lumpur plus Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Puchong and Cheras. For locations further out in Selangor, contact us and we will confirm availability for your address.
Do I need to supply cleaning equipment or products?
No. Every HostGear crew arrives with professional-grade vacuums, microfibre systems and cleaning agents. If you prefer that we use your own products — for allergies or personal preference — just let the team know when booking.
How is the price calculated?
Pricing is based on property size, service type and condition. Home cleaning starts from RM 120 per visit. You receive a fixed written quote before we book anything, and that quote is final — no hidden charges on the day.
Are your cleaners insured and vetted?
Yes. All staff are directly employed rather than subcontracted, background-checked before hiring, and covered by public liability insurance, so your home and belongings are protected during every visit.
Can I book a regular weekly or fortnightly slot?
Absolutely — most of our clients are on recurring plans. Regular slots keep the same crew each visit, so they learn your home, and recurring bookings enjoy discounted rates compared with one-off cleans.
What if I am not satisfied with the result?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the areas in question free of charge. If we still fall short after the re-visit, we refund that visit under our satisfaction promise — the terms are in our refund policy.
