Our Extraction Process
Every item is inspected, colour-tested and pre-treated before extraction. We use professional machines that inject heated solution deep into the fibre and immediately vacuum it back out along with the soil.
- Fibre identification and hidden-spot colourfastness test
- Dry vacuuming to lift loose dust and hair first
- Enzyme pre-treatment on stains, odours and pet accidents
- Hot-water extraction with fabric-appropriate solutions
- Deodorising and fast-dry airflow finishing
- Drying time guidance — most items are usable in 4–8 hours
